wine list has been a source of pride, driven by owner
Steve Olsen's passion for California bottles. When the restaurant opened in 1978, it was the first one in the city to offer only West Coast wines. After the construction of
a cellar in 1992, Mr. Olsen expanded the collection to several hundred labels, with promising vintages laid down for future drinking. California remains at the heart of the Wine Spectator© award-winning list, and sought-after bottles are often available by the glass.
